You can either enter your vehicle registration number and click Go or if you do not know your registration number, select the make, base model, model and engine from the drop down lists and click on Find Products. The website will then become tailored to only show the correct parts for your car. You can also enter your vehicle information from the homepage prior to selecting a part. This will tailor our website to only show the correct parts for your car.

You can browse our massive range by entering the part you are looking for into the search box. If you know the OE (Original Equipment) number of the part, select the Search By OE Number tab above the search box and enter the number.

How Do I Order Parts?

vanpartsdirect.com is an online business only. All orders must be made through our website or via telephone with our sales team. Can I Cancel My Order?

What If The Ordered Item Is Out Of Stock?

How-Much-Is-Delivery?

Delivery pricing varies by country. As part of our commitment to you the customer, vanpartsdirect.com only work with couriers who provide the best standard of service, such as An Post, DHL and Parcelforce to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of your order. vanpartsdirect.com endeavour to complete and dispatch orders placed online before 4pm for delivery within 2 working days and in most cases, delivery is the next working day. Please click here to find more specific information about delivery timeframes to your address. Deliveries will be to the indicated shipping address at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made to your address Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Specific delivery times cannot be confirmed with vanpartsdirect.com. If the courier is unable to find someone to accept the delivery but is able to find the correct address, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange a collection, a new delivery time, or delivery to an alternative location.

vanpartsdirect.com reserves the right to ship the order in multiple shipments and with any shipping service deemed appropriate. vanpartsdirect.com are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. This will not affect the delivery timeframe.

Please note: Due to the fragile nature of some products such as bonnets, wings and bumpers we use specialist couriers to ship these in the Republic of Ireland only.

Can I Collect My Order?

If you would like to collect your order from our Dublin depot, simply place your order online and choose “Collection” as the delivery option. You can also get in contact with us via phone, chat or email stating that you would like to collect your recently placed order. Should there be any delivery charges we will refund for these as soon as we set your order to collection instead of delivery. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will notify you via SMS & email.
